Inside/Outside Sales Professional

We are seeking two skilled new business reps responsible for territory development. The ideal sales professionals will:

1. Have a minimum of 5 years of inside/outside new business sales experience.
2. Have successfully completed some formal sales training program.
3. Have experience selling to medical decision makers.
4. Exhibit proven track record growing core business and closing new business.
5. Skilled in all areas of the sales process including time mgmt., lead qualifying, phone sales, closing skills, business planning, business development & retention.
6. Be able to demonstrate the ability to make decisions as if it was your business.

This career opportunity includes a generous BASE (50-60K) and commissions, expenses & benefits. We provide training on technical & industry issues, programs and products.

We are also actively seeking four sales reps who have some experience in selling, are extremely well spoken, intelligent and want to do telephone sales. They will be calling on existing customers to renew relationships with our company and prospective customers that have expressed an interest in learning more about us and our products. We would offer them a base up to 50K with expected commissions year 1 to be 15K and year 2 to be 30K. We provide training on technical & industry issues, programs and products. We are seeking a Quality Control Manager with a minimum of 5 years experience to plan, coordinate and direct quality assurance HACCP programs designed to ensure food safety in a dry powder manufacturing environment. Responsible to insure SOP standards are followed by auditing and recognizing areas for improvement. Understands food formulation and has experience conducting daily sensory analysis product validations. Qualified candidate will have a Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Science preferably Food Science. Must have the ability to work self directed with little to no supervision in a results oriented environment. Previous supervisory experience required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office required and experience working with ERP software a plus. Good salary and benefits. No relocation benefit offered.
